Booking Procedure:
1. You can begin the booking process by calling or emailing our bookings department.

2. Our booking personnel will discuss dates, times and pricing with you and come up with a verbal agreement. After confirming event details, Absolute will fax you a contract. Absolute will also schedule a phone meeting with you (for 2 to 4 weeks in advance your event) to help you with the planning of your Think Day.
3. You will need to fax a signed copy of the contract to Absolute’s office. Please note that bookings require a deposit which is due 10 days following the receipt of a signed contract. Cheques are payable to ABSOLUTE.
4. The remaining show amount is due on the day of the show. This can be handed in person to the Absolute team.
Requirements:
For Think Day we ask you to provide:
- Bottled water for the Absolute Team (approx. 15 bottles)
- Darkened room with (approximately) 20 ft depth and 50 ft width of set up space
- Two tables: for band merchandize and humanitarian information
- A place to park out 40-ft long bus
- A 220v power outlet (stove range plug) within 100ft of the venue or 110v plugs on 6 seperate breakers
