The assembly has something for everyone. All social groups relate with at least one of the speakers and/or their situation. It empowers our students to know they are not alone and to seek out the help they need to press on.”
“You could hear a pin drop during Christal’s story. Christal engaged the audience of 1200 students as she spoke from the heart. It was apparent the students were interested and identified with elements of her story. Christal let students know despite how dire life may look for them now, there is hope and things can change. Christal inspired others through her story and is proof that things can be different if you CHOOSE them to be. ”
