Dear Vaden,
On behalf of the students and staff of Fenelon Falls Secondary School, I wish to thank you and your performers for a rousing and inspiring show on December 14, 2005. Your positive message and your emphasis on making smart choices resonated within our student body. They particularly enjoyed Sunday Night Cruise and the time the performers spent mingling and talking with them after the show.
Our message to students has always been about strength of character. As educators, we want to instill a strong sense of citizenship, community and responsibility along with our subject knowledge. Especially in times such as these, our students need to know that they can make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others both here and abroad. Your show gave our students that message loud and clear. Students are still talking about the performance!
I encourage you to keep visiting schools with your valuable and timely message. You are providing a valuable service in our efforts to bring Character Education to the forefront of our students’ high school experience. Finally, you provide our students with positive role models who practice the values and ideals in their everyday lives.
